Alicia Glynn MSW.RSW.

 

Alicia is a Master level Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families that are experiencing struggles and challenges.  She specializes in working with adults individually, who are experiencing grief, anxiety, low mood as well as those feeling overwhelmed and trying to find balance in their lives.

 

Alicia has specialized training in Autism and Behaviour Science and enjoys working with neurodivergent kids and teens in a group setting, as well as working with adults in one-on-one sessions.  Alicia has also taken specialized training in grief and loss and is skilled at helping those experiencing grief to navigate this dark and often uncertain time in their lives.

 

Alicia strongly believes in meeting her clients where they are and uses her compassionate nature and skills to help her clients to make the changes they desire.

Jillian Williamson RN. BScN

                Psychotherapist

Jillian is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience caring for clients. She consistently provides expert knowledge and compassion as a strong patient advocate fueled by a desire to help clients navigate through life’s challenges.

Experiencing her own personal struggles with infertility and chronic pain, she is passionate about providing exceptional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to her clients.

Her lengthy career in the healthcare field, has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to provide culturally sensitive, client-centric care. Jillian works in a therapeutic and collaborative capacity. Her goal is to encourage self-reflection and identification of negative behaviors that impact her clients’ abilities to be the best version of themselves.

Tosha Freitag

RN, MN, Certified Nurse Psychotherapist 

Tosha Freitag is a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through physical and mental health challenges. With a background in pediatric intensive care, urology, and allergy immunology, Tosha brings a calm, grounded presence and a deep understanding of family-centered care to her psychotherapy practice.


Tosha specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, and performance pressure, whether it’s showing up in school, sports, or social situations. She also has a special interest in supporting clients with food allergy anxiety and disordered eating.

Tosha uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive 


Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and mindset coaching to help her clients feel more in control, confident, and resilient. She believes strongly in creating a supportive, laid-back space where children and youth feel seen, heard, and understood; allowing them to grow at their own pace.
