ADHD Can Look Different at Every Age

Children may struggle with emotions, routines, school tasks, or friendships. Teens may feel stuck around motivation, pressure, independence, and self-esteem. Adults may be juggling racing thoughts, procrastination, emotional overload, burnout, and everyday demands.

Counselling focuses on understanding each person’s patterns and building strategies that fit their life—not forcing everyone into the same system.
